For two unforgettable evenings this summer, the Hamptons experienced the sun-drenched flavors of the Bahamas without leaving Long Island. On August 28 and 29, 2025, DUNE by Jean-Georges at The Ocean Club, A Four Seasons Resort, Bahamas brought its celebrated island cuisine to the elegant setting of Topping Rose House in Bridgehampton.

Guests were transported to paradise as Executive Chef Lester Dean curated a special menu featuring DUNE’s signature dishes including Bahamian Conch Salad with cucumber, tomato, and lime, Local Lobster with light curry sauce, Fried Plantains and Bok Choy and Roasted Grouper with vegetables mariniere and sauce aromates.

To complete the experience, DUNE bartender Ansel Miller crafted tropical Bahamian cocktails, adding a spirited island twist to the Hamptons evening.

Beyond the flavors, the event offered an intimate opportunity for guests to mix and mingle with culinary and hospitality leaders, including Chef Dean; Viktoria Riley, Commercial Director for The Ocean Club; Dana Berry, Sr. Director of PR; and Keino Morris, DUNE General Manager.

Jean-Georges Vongerichten, whose relationship with The Ocean Club spans 25 years, shared: “The restaurant at The Ocean Club holds a special place in my heart. I looked forward to welcoming the DUNE team to Topping Rose House to give Bridgehampton locals and guests a delicious taste of the Bahamas.”

This collaboration was more than a dinner it was an invitation. The Ocean Club hopes the Hamptons takeover will inspire guests to continue their journey in the Bahamas, where the resort is offering exclusive packages, including a complimentary fourth night stay and round-trip airport transfers. For those seeking a deeper connection, the new Four Seasons Residences at The Ocean Club present an opportunity to own a piece of this legendary property.
