From June 12 through June 14, DUNE by Jean-Georges at The Ocean Club, A Four Seasons Resort Bahamas, returns to Topping Rose House for an exclusive three-night culinary takeover that brings the vibrant flavors of the Caribbean to the heart of Bridgehampton.
Set within the charming elegance of Topping Rose House, the experience offers guests the opportunity to enjoy a menu inspired by the turquoise waters, tropical ingredients, and laid-back sophistication that have made DUNE one of the Bahamas’ most celebrated dining destinations.
Led by Executive Chef Lester Dean, the special menu showcases signature dishes including Bahamian Conch Salad with cucumber, tomato and lime, Local Lobster with light curry sauce and fried plantains, and Roasted Grouper served with vegetables marinière and aromatic sauces. Tropical cocktails and island-inspired desserts complete the experience, creating a dining journey that feels worlds away while remaining firmly rooted in the Hamptons.
