On Sunday, September 14, 2025, Topping Rose House in Bridgehampton welcomed guests for a morning of history, hospitality, and haute cuisine during the fourth annual “The Bridge” celebration.
Set against the hotel’s beautifully manicured gardens, the event paid tribute to Bridgehampton’s legendary road racing years, spanning 1949 to 1953. Guests were treated to a dazzling display of rare classic cars, recalling an era when Bridgehampton was a premier destination for motorsport enthusiasts.
Adding to the allure, celebrated chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten curated an indulgent brunch experience, aptly titled “A Taste of Jean-Georges.” Guests enjoyed a lavish spread of sumptuous stations and elegantly presented passed plates, seamlessly blending refined flavors with the convivial atmosphere of the garden setting.
The automotive experience didn’t end with the exhibition. Guests were also invited to test drive a stunning Mercedes-Benz or Maybach, a contemporary nod to the thrill and elegance of Bridgehampton’s racing heritage.
Beyond the culinary and automotive splendor, the day carried a meaningful purpose. Proceeds from ticket sales benefited the Animal Rescue Fund of the Hamptons, Inc., extending the spirit of community well beyond the gardens of Topping Rose House.
As the sunshine lingered over Bridgehampton, attendees departed with full hearts and inspired minds reminded once again that the Hamptons is not only a playground of beauty and leisure, but also a place where history, culture, and philanthropy intersect.
