Chef Jennifer Parker Brings Her Signature Culinary Style Out East

This summer, one of Palm Beach’s celebrated culinary talents is bringing her distinctive approach to food and hospitality Out East.

Award-winning chef, nutritionist, and luxury hospitality entrepreneur Jennifer Parker known in Palm Beach circles as the “Ferrari of Chefs”—will spend July in the Hamptons for a month centered around exceptional cuisine, inspired entertaining, and the art of summer living.

Fresh from an appearance at Aspen Food & Wine, where she collaborated with renowned Chef Miles Angelo at the exclusive Caribou Club, Parker is turning her attention to another of the country’s most iconic seasonal destinations.

Her Hamptons summer begins with Fourth of July festivities and a series of curated culinary experiences that reflect her signature style: elevated coastal cuisine, thoughtfully composed menus, beautiful ingredients, and an unmistakable sense of occasion.

On July 23, Parker will join the culinary lineup at Chefs of the Hamptons, held at SiSi Mediterranean Restaurant & Marina in East Hampton. The anticipated summer event brings together leading culinary talent for an evening celebrating the flavors, creativity, and vibrant hospitality culture of the East End.

Yet Parker’s time in the Hamptons will extend well beyond her own kitchen.

Throughout July, she plans to explore the region’s celebrated dining landscape, experiencing a selection of the East End’s most notable restaurants through the perspective of a chef, nutritionist, and hospitality entrepreneur. From pristine local seafood and contemporary American cooking to Mediterranean influences and ingredient-driven seasonal menus, Parker will discover the restaurants and culinary personalities that have helped shape the Hamptons into one of the country’s most compelling summer dining destinations.
