This August, the Hamptons meets Paradise Island in a dazzling culinary collaboration unlike any other.
In celebration of 25 years of DUNE by Jean-Georges, The Ocean Club, a Four Seasons Resort in the Bahamas, is bringing the island’s top-rated flavors to Bridgehampton’s iconic Topping Rose House for an exclusive two-night culinary takeover on August 28 and 29, 2025.
Helmed by Chef Lester Dean, Executive Chef of The Ocean Club, this extraordinary dining experience invites guests to indulge in the signature tropical flavors of DUNE, from Bahamian Conch Salad with Cucumber, Tomato & Lime to Local Lobster with Light Curry Sauce, Fried Plantains & Bok Choy. Each dish is designed to transport guests from the Hamptons to the turquoise waters of the Bahamas, all within the intimate, refined setting of Jean-Georges at Topping Rose House.
“The restaurant at The Ocean Club holds a special place in my heart,” says Jean-Georges Vongerichten. “I look forward to welcoming the DUNE team to Topping Rose House to give Bridgehampton locals and guests a delicious taste of the Bahamas.”
In addition to the island-inspired menu, guests will also have access to the full Topping Rose House à la carte offerings, allowing for a seamless blend of local Hamptons fare and island elegance.
Chef Dean adds, “I am looking forward to an exciting two nights of cooking for guests and locals in the Hamptons. I hope many of the guests will come visit us in the Bahamas after they’ve experienced the flavourful taste of the tropics that my team and I will present.”
