The Sweetest Out East Treat Has Arrived: Jack’s Coffee x Baked by Melissa Launch the Ultimate Hamptons Summer Collaboration

There are certain things that simply feel like summer in the Hamptons iced coffee after the beach, slow mornings in Sag Harbor, and something sweet tucked into the passenger seat on the drive to Amagansett. This season, two cult-favorite brands are bringing that feeling to life in the sweetest way possible.

Beginning May 15, Jack’s Stir Brew Coffee and Baked by Melissa are teaming up for a limited-edition collaboration that transforms some of Jack’s most beloved iced coffee drinks into bite-sized cupcakes creating what may just be the most darling out East treat of the summer.

Inspired by long beach mornings, afternoon coffee runs, and sun-soaked afternoons spent between Sag Harbor and Amagansett, the collection captures the ritual of iced coffees on the beach and summer sweet treats with a playful yet elevated twist. Even sweeter, this marks the very first time Baked by Melissa’s cult-favorite cupcakes will officially be available in the Hamptons after much customer demand.

The limited-edition assortment includes the Jack’s Cold Brew Cupcake, rich with coffee filling and finished with white chocolate crystal brittle, the Iced Happy Jack Cupcake layered with cinnamon and honey notes, and the Vanilla Cold Foam Cupcake, inspired by the smooth, creamy finish of Jack’s signature cold foam.

Available through September 8 at Jack’s Sag Harbor and Amagansett locations, as well as Baked by Melissa retail locations, the collaboration feels tailor-made for leisurely mornings out East, post-beach sweet treats, and picture-perfect coffee runs all summer long.
