If there is one thing that we love about summer on the East End, it’s a reason to gather by the water with great food, delectable cocktails, and a beautiful sunset. This National Lobster Day on June 15, Greenport’s renowned Claudio’s Marina is serving up all three with an over-the-top seafood creation that is sure to crowd please on the North Fork.

Introducing the Captain Claudio’s Bloody Mary  a towering, seafood-loaded cocktail designed for sharing and destined for social media fame. Available exclusively at Claudio’s Waterfront, this extravagant $125 creation combines a classic Bloody Mary with a full seafood feast, making it one of the most talked-about drinks of the summer season.

Loaded with Absolut vodka, a whole lobster, shrimp, bacon, olives, celery, and grilled jalapeños, the cocktail is equal parts brunch centerpiece and waterfront indulgence.

Beyond the signature Bloody Mary, lobster lovers can celebrate all with Claudio’s famous lobster rolls, available Connecticut-style with warm butter-poached lobster or Maine-style with chilled lobster salad. Guests can also enjoy lobster alfredo pasta and fresh seafood specialties throughout the marina.

For those looking for even more lobster, neighboring Saylor Beach House offers a two-pound whole baked lobster served with roasted corn, baked potato, and drawn butter.
